Gotta Love New Clients
I love the start of new projects. It starts your creative juices flowing, and that leads into other client's campaigns. It gives you a new way of looking at things. You reevaluate the work you are putting out into the community. And you get to create new dialogue with people you probably don't know. For this reason alone, you gotta love new clients.
The customer above, Jimmy Dugas, has always had a fondness for working outdoors. You can hear the excitement in his voice and you know he would never work well behind a desk. He likes his yards to look just so. After leaving a career in the oil field business, he decided to use his strengths to his advantage. Cutting grass since he was a teenager, he has a way of sculpting your yard to look its best.
So why am I so happy for him? Though he admits to a limited amount of knowledge of social media, he knows how important it is. He is open to new ideas. He realizes it will take time to build his audience and clientele, but is eager to get started. I think he has unlimited potential.
New clients breath fresh air into our minds. And that's why, you should always be chasing one.
