Enjoying The Rewards

Well here it is, the end of the year. You've worked every plan you have put in place. Now is the time to take stock in how well you have done. But while your balance sheet will give you the final numbers. remember the touchdowns that are not numerical. This is the time to enjoy the rewards.
Your accountant and Quickbooks are as always not to be ignored. But why not also count the good you have done that no dollar amount can measure? Chances are, your products or services made someone very happy this year. Whether your are a dog sitter who loves animals or you sell life insurance, someone needs what you have to offer.
And just think about the people who you hired because of your company. Whether you have one employee or more than fifty, those people are working because of you. And even if you don't have employees, you still purchase items from local business people who depend on those sales.
Plus, each day your business requires you to deal with the public. I'm sure along the way you have brought a smile to someone who needed it.
As 2019 comes to a close remember to learn from the mistakes you made this year. But even more importantly take the time to celebrate all the good you and your company have done. In the end, isn't that the reason we do all of this anyway?
